Spekia is an online AI-powered product scoping assistant. It helps users structure their product ideas through a guided conversation, and generates a PRD (Product Requirements Document) and a technical prompt.

By using Spekia, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. User account
Access to the service requires creating an account via an email address. Authentication is done via magic link (passwordless). You are responsible for the security of your email address and account.
4. Intellectual property
Your ideas belong to you. Spekia claims no intellectual property rights over the content of your conversations, your product ideas, or the generated documents (PRD, technical prompt).
You retain full rights to all content you share with Spekia and to all documents generated from that content.
Spekia grants a limited license to use the service and its interfaces solely for normal use of the service.

5. Confidentiality
Spekia contractually commits to not disclose, share, or use the content of your sessions for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Pricing and payment
The first block of each session (problem definition) is free. Subsequent blocks require a one-time payment per session. Prices are displayed in EUR including tax before payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Spekia does not store any credit card data.

7. Service availability
Spekia strives to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In case of planned interruptions, we will try to notify users in advance.

8. Limitation of liability
Spekia provides a product scoping assistance service. Generated documents are thinking tools and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Spekia does not guarantee the commercial, technical, or legal viability of the product ideas analyzed.

You agree to use Spekia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

10. Termination
You can stop using Spekia at any time. You can delete your sessions and account at any time.
Spekia reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Paris, France.
